What sheet materials can you cut to size?
We cut MDF, MFC (melamine faced chipboard) and plywood to your dimensions on our SCM panel saw — up to full 2440 × 1220mm sheets. We stock Egger, Kronospan, Medite, Saviola and other leading brands.
What MDF thicknesses do you stock?
Common thicknesses include 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 18mm and 25mm. Moisture-resistant MDF is available for humid areas. If you need something specific, ask when you request a quote.
What cutting tolerance do you work to?
We aim for workshop-grade accuracy on straight cuts. If a dimension is safety-critical, state it clearly on your cut list and we will confirm.
Is there a minimum order?
No — single panels are welcome. We support both DIY one-offs and larger trade batches.
Can I collect the same day?
Often yes, depending on workload and how busy the saw is. Send your cut list early in the day for the best chance of same-day collection from our Newcastle-under-Lyme workshop.
