ABOUT US
Craft, machinery & family
Over 40 years in the trade — and a lineage that runs deeper. From a Greek island workshop tradition to an industrial machining floor in Staffordshire, Xyloblue brings four generations of joinery into the modern trade.
Georgios carries skills handed down from his great-grandfather on the island of Rhodes, through his grandfather and father — each generation refining the craft. Today that heritage meets Felder, SCM and industrial workflow at Valley Park.
Four generations.
One standard of work.
The skills began with Georgios’s great-grandfather — the first in the line to earn his living as a joiner in Greece. They passed to his grandfather, then to his father, each adding their own experience. Georgios has taken that foundation further: not only bench craft, but professional machining, industrial capacity, and the flexibility to work with wood in almost any form the job demands.
Whether you are trade needing reliable batch cutting and edging, a DIY customer with a clear cut list, or a retail or commercial enquiry that needs scale and consistency — the workshop is set up to respond according to what the business needs.
Based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, we serve Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent and the wider Midlands with the same straightforward philosophy the family has always held: fair pricing, honest advice, and work you can put your name next to.
