Do you work with DIY customers as well as trade?
Yes. We support both professional installers and serious DIY projects — the same machinery and attention to detail for every order.
What sheet brands do you stock?
We carry leading MFC and MDF brands including Egger, Kronospan, Medite and Saviola — see our sheet materials page.
Where are you based and who do you serve?
Unit 11, Valley Park, Watermills Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 6AT. We regularly supply Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire and the wider Midlands.
Can I collect the same day?
Often yes for prepared orders, depending on workload and what you need. Tell us your deadline when you enquire and we will be honest about what is achievable.
Do you offer delivery?
Collection from the workshop is typical. For delivery, ask when you request a quote — we will confirm options and costs for your area.
What happens after I submit the website form?
Your enquiry enters our normal sales workflow — the same team that answers the phone and WhatsApp. If you already use email with us, you will recognise the follow-up style.
Is CNC routing available yet?
Our Format 4 CNC is coming online. Register interest to hear first when the service launches.
Can you match existing skirting or architrave?
Yes — we specialise in heritage and custom profiles. See custom mouldings and send photos or a sample.
Do you make custom furniture and install kitchens?
Yes — that is part of our “and more” offer: bespoke furniture, pieces adapted to difficult spaces, kitchen cabinetry and fitted storage. Tell us your room sizes, style and budget — we will scope what we can manufacture and install. Larger refits are often done alongside your builder or other trades.
Do you only supply boards, or do you fit on site too?
We are known for machining and materials — and we also undertake installation for fitted joinery, kitchens and custom work where agreed in the quote. If you need supply-only, that is fine too.
